Centric Wellness is a medical practice that addresses the “whole person” utilizing natural approaches to health care.
Centric Wellness was founded in 2011 by Dr. Mark Rabe. In developing and growing the practice, Dr. Rabe has drawn upon the tremendous knowledge and insight gained through interactions with tens of thousands of patients over the span of three decades of medical practice. The results are reflected in the patient reviews.
Over the course of his career, Dr. Rabe has owned and operated a number of successful health care-related businesses, has held senior executive management positions for health care companies at the local, statewide, national, and international levels, is a court-approved expert in the area of integrative medicine, and is an industry advisor in the area of pharmaceutical product development. He has spoken at educational events, conferences, and patient support groups and has provided medical commentary in local and national media.
Dr. Rabe is CEO of Rabe Medical Solutions, LLC, a consulting, education, and software company offering customized and turnkey solutions to health care professionals.
Dr. Rabe is a member of the Medical and Scientific Advisory Board of PharmaCyte Biotech, Inc. (OTCQB: PMCB), a clinical stage biotechnology company developing treatments for cancer, malignant ascites, diabetes using its signature live-cell encapsulation technology, Cell-in-a-Box®.
Dr. Rabe has a summa cum laude degree in Biochemistry from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois, where he performed award-winning research in cancer drug synthesis. He earned his MD degree from Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, Illinois, completed post-graduate training in Internal Medicine, and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine (ABIHM). John B. Welsh, MD, PhD, is an integrative medicine physician and diabetes expert.
After studies in biochemistry and molecular biology at the University of California, Santa Cruz, and postbaccalaureate research at the University of Chicago, Dr. Welsh enrolled in the Medical Scientist Training Program at UC San Diego in 1986. He graduated from UCSD’s School of Medicine in 1994, and was also awarded a PhD for original research in molecular pathology in that year.
Dr. Welsh has made and published important discoveries in cancer biology and in diabetes in journals such as Science, Cancer Research, and The New England Journal of Medicine. As a person with type 1 diabetes, he has a special interest in natural approaches to prevent, delay, or mitigate complications of the disease.

Bryan R. Leigh, MD, is an integrative medicine specialist with decades of experience as a practicing board-certified radiation oncologist and a clinical oncology researcher, executive, and consultant within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
After receiving a B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine, Dr. Leigh earned his MD degree from the University of California, San Francisco, completed residency training at the University of Arizona, and performed a Fellowship in Radiation Biology at Stanford University.
Dr. Leigh has written or is a named author in over 50 scientific publications, and he has held leadership and principal investigator positions with the Southwest Oncology Group Lung Cancer Committee, the AIDS-Associated Malignancies Consortium, and the California Cancer Consortium.

Eric Poline is a CA Acupuncture Board licensed acupuncturist. He is a compassionate practitioner dedicated to the healing of each individual on a holistic level: mind, body and spirit.
Eric earned his Masters degree in the Science of Traditional Oriental Medicine (MSTOM) from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (PCOM) in San Diego, California, where he completed a four-year graduate program including over 3,500 hours of academic study and clinical training.
As an Clinical Intern at PCOM, he had the privilege of learning and working with some of the world’s most well-respected practitioners of Chinese Medicine. He has worked with MDs, RNs, and counselors at one of the most advanced hospice centers in the country, the San Diego Hospice and Institute for Palliative Medicine.
Eric uses many modalities in addition to acupuncture such as electrical stimulation, cupping, gua sha, auricular acupuncture, massage, stretching, and exercise (qi gong, tai chi, yoga, etc) as well as providing herbal and nutritional advice for many of his patients. CA Acu. Lic. #: AC 15182.
